Pear, Pistachio and Fennel Salad

This salad is full of amazing textures, and is such a nice balance of salty and sweet thanks to the feta and the pears.

Let’s go shopping.

  • 4 cups mixed greens

  • 1 fennel bulb thinly sliced

  • 1 bartlett pear, thinly sliced

  • 1 green onion, thinly chopped

  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup feta

  • 1/4 cup crushed pistachios

For serving

  • Dressing of our choice, I used a mixture of olive oil and red wine vinegar

Build the salad

Prepare all your ingredients and build the salad. Top with the dressing of your choice.
