  • 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 english cucumber, grated and excess liquid squeezed out

  • 1/4 cup dill, finely chopped

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/8 cup avocado or olive oil

Grate the cucumber

Using a cheese grater on the smaller side, grate the cucumber. Place the grated cucumber in a fine sieve and press out as much of the excess liquid from the cucumber as you can.

Add it to a medium bowl.

Combine ingredients

To the cucumber, add the yogurt, lemon juice, dill, and garlic. Mix together well and season with salt and the drizzled oil.
