Whipped Feta and Roasted Red Pepper Dip
This dip takes under five minutes AND only five ingredients. The sweetness of the roasted red peppers and the creaminess and saltiness of the feta is such a perfect pairing, and is lifted up by the fresh lemon. Perfect quick appetizer to pull together at the last minute, or, a perfect dinner for one!

200g fresh feta
296 ml jar of roasted red peppers, drained
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup avocado oil
pinch of salt
pinch of red chilli flakes (optional)
For Serving:
Any mix of vegetables, pita chips or crackers!
Directions:
In a food processor, mix together the feta, roasted red peppers, lemon juice, salt and chilli flakes. Slowly drizzle in the avocado oil
Add to a dish for serving (the recipe will make about 1 and 1/2 cups of dip)
